more updates... saved, lounging, cell, Fahrenheit...
lets see...

friday - hung out with danceforme after work. we headed downtown, ate at Ginza (much plum wine), had dessert at Finale's (more wine!) then watched Saved! (a cute dark humour movie.. *giggle* it was cool) (bumped into clearmind there... never got to see his hot friend whom he was tracking down.. so we got him to watch Saved! with us...) and had a fun time..:> *grins*

saturday - woke up at 5am to go pick up kumkwatgirl and david from the airport. god damn rerouting of traffic on i93... they created a really bad detour and i ended up taking 45 min for a trip that should have only taken 15... ick... dropped off peeps and slept... spent the rest of the day reading and napping... went to bed early ...

sunday - got up and headed to Lawrence for a basic pistol class. was interesting and fun... the instructor was quite good, got to be more intimate about the pistol..:> class let out early... afterwards kumkwatgirl came over and we had sushi at Fugakyu..:> then watched Fahrenheit 9/11 (i have to say that tho i agree with much of what Michael Moore states, i simply dont like the fact that he slants things way too much... he strikes me as being too extreme and in the end is just as bad as those he opposes for that reason...)

so i ended up losing my cell phone on friday (it turned up later cause Cisco Security found it but its sadly in poor condition.. was found in the parking lot and well.. the rain and such beat on it a bit much)... so i ended up buying a new phone (same number) (the phone is the Motorola v400 i now have a cute pic of tonpi as a background *grins*

Yes, Fahrenheit 9/11 was typical Moore BS. Interesting, but when I'm sitting there going, "Oh hey, look at how you're trying to manipulate me right there!" I become annoyed. ;)

i know why he does it, but it just annoys..:> wish people simply stopped pushing a POV and instead showed the facts and trusted that the viewers would be able to make up their own minds....

This is why I'm still irritated that he won an Oscar for Bowling For Columbine.

Did you hear that Bradbury is quite upset about the movie title?

yeah, being extreme is Michael Moore's good and bad side to him. He is convincing, only because he is so slanted.

OooOh, I wante to see "saved", having trouble finding a local theatre that is showing it.
