updates... class  
so ive been in class at work for the last two days (tues and today) learning about "Coaching for Managers". much fun. much better learning stuff than doing the crap at work...

mon - after work ended up meeting up with esmebelle and *J* and others in harvard square for some indian food (curry is good) and finale's (creme bruele baby!). much was chatted and caught up on... politics was fun..:>

tues - after class stuff went home.. ate leftovers, watched everwood, then met up with armandae. ended up watching some Millennium episodes... then home to crash as class would begin early on wed...

today i think ill be staying in once i get home (thinking of KFC .. hehe.. for din din). reading and such to do..:>

from the stats that i have seen, yes it does produce better managers. key is for the manager who has taken these courses to actively work on various points brought up in the coursework. during the course one finds out areas of strengths and weaknesses and then are given pointers and such as to how to work with those strengths and weaknesses..
